APPLICATION FOR BOOKING THE DRIVING TEST – PART II AND III (PARKING/ROAD)

Candidates must pass the Law Test – Part I and submit such documents as follows:

1. Identity card/passport (original and copy).

2. Test Drive Appointment Card (JPJL3 completed by the applicant)

3. Valid driving license (original/copy)

4. SM4 Form (filled)

5. Certificate of insurance (for the disabled, if necessary)

6. Permission letter to use the vehicles by owner (for the disabled, if necessary)

PART II (PARKING) :

• Hill climb and parking test.

PART III (ROAD) :

• Driving test on public road.
